The business problem
Kernow Furniture needed a focused technical review of its Shopify sitemap and Google Search Console indexing setup. The objective was to separate genuine crawl or indexability problems from normal Shopify URL behavior and product-selection signals.

The final report translated the evidence into prioritized recommendations for product discovery, internal linking, sitemap monitoring, and ongoing GSC review.
Result
The client received a balanced diagnosis, a validated sitemap picture, clearly separated high- and lower-priority findings, and a practical next-step plan without overstating the technical problems.
