A multilingual SaaS website needed more than a generic crawl export. The client required a complete technical diagnosis, URL-level evidence, priorities, and a fixing guide that developers could implement quickly and correctly.
How the audit was structured
- Sitewide crawl and indexability review using Screaming Frog data
- Issue prioritization by severity and implementation importance
- URL-level examples and evidence for each issue class
- Separate handling for redirects, canonicals, duplicate signals, and crawl paths
- Cross-references between the working sheet and implementation specification
Developer-ready deliverables
The project produced two connected working files: a Technical SEO Audit & Fixing Guideline in Google Sheets and a detailed SEO Implementation Specification. Each issue was documented with an explanation of what it was, why it mattered, supporting evidence, and the steps required to fix it.
