Multi-Location Local SEO & Technical SEO Optimization
Completed a full Local SEO and Technical SEO restructuring for Studio14 Pilates, a multi-location business in Dubai. The project consolidated overlapping Jumeirah and Motor City service pages, retained strong location landing pages, implemented 301 redirects, cleaned internal links and indexation signals, optimized metadata and H1s, added validated LocalBusiness schema, and improved the shared Contact, Pricing and Schedule experience.

The business problem
The website had been built around parallel Jumeirah and Motor City versions of several core pages. That created substantial overlap between pages targeting the same service intent, made internal-link ownership less clear, and increased the risk that search engines would have to choose between near-duplicate location versions.
At the same time, the business genuinely needed strong location signals for both branches. The goal was therefore not to remove location relevance, but to separate location intent from shared service intent in a cleaner, more scalable architecture.
The restructuring strategy
- Retained dedicated Jumeirah and Motor City location landing pages as the primary local-intent owners.
- Consolidated duplicated service/about pages where one shared page could serve both locations more clearly.
- Defined a shared-owner model for classes, Reformer, private Pilates, pricing, schedule and contact experience.
- Kept location context visible through branch references, navigation, maps and location-specific landing pages.
Redirects, internal links and indexation cleanup
Approved duplicate URLs were mapped to their preferred owner pages with 301 redirects. Internal links were updated to point directly to final destinations instead of relying on redirect hops.
- Removed or consolidated duplicate URL paths where the intent was shared.
- Updated navigation and contextual links to final owner URLs.
- Reviewed canonical and indexation signals so consolidated pages did not compete with legacy variants.
- Kept the final URL structure aligned with the approved sitemap and internal architecture.
Metadata, H1s and page ownership
Titles, meta descriptions and H1s were reviewed after the architecture changes so each retained page had a clear search role. Location landing pages retained strong Jumeirah and Motor City relevance, while shared pages targeted broader service intent without unnecessary location duplication.
LocalBusiness schema and local signals
Structured data was implemented for both Studio14 locations and validated after deployment. It reinforced the relationship between the brand and its physical locations while keeping visible address, contact and map information consistent with the page experience.
Shared Contact, Pricing and Schedule experience
The restructuring also reduced friction for users. Shared high-intent pages were organized so visitors could understand the offer first and then choose the relevant location where necessary.
Result
The finished structure reduced unnecessary location duplication, created clearer page ownership, improved internal-link consistency and strengthened local intent around the two retained branch pages.
- Reduced duplicate location/service content.
- Clearer local intent for Jumeirah and Motor City.
- Cleaner redirect and internal-link architecture.
- Validated LocalBusiness structured data.
- Improved shared contact and booking-oriented user journey.
- More scalable page ownership for future SEO growth.
